How do I add the Disuss Form to a page?

Add shortcode that display on Disuss form post type to the page where you want to display the Disuss Form.
Shortcode will look like [atlas-discuss-form id=”5″ title=”Project Details”].

Can I use different form on different page?

yes, you can create as much as form you would like.

Does not work

This plugin does not work. It looks awful since every field has 2 different text groups overlapping and the submission does not work. I've tried downloading this plugin through the plugin wizard in my local Wordpress installation and installing it by uploading the download from this page. Maybe the demo was not meant to work and I misunderstood haha.
