Where can I find Error Log Files using FTP?: In case when WP Admin is blocked due to Error then you may use FTP to check Log files located at /wp-content/uploads/error-log-viewer-wp/ directory.

Is this plugin GDPR compliant?: This plugin does not log nor transmit any user data. In fact, it doesn’t even do anything on the user-facing part of your website, only in the admin area. This means it should be compliant but I’m not a lawyer.

The debug log file was quickly generating hundreds of PHP notices by the plugin. I can’t use it in development environment.

I would have waited to post a review, hoping to get a response to my support issue, however, the plugin nagged me to leave a review. The plugin works but always displays 2 errors that the plugin causes, so 2 stars.

Initially, I thought it wasn’t working because it wasn’t displaying anything, but it turns out that the reason was that it doesn’t play well if I had already enabled WP_DEBUG in my wp-config.php file. Once I removed my directives, it worked fine. I’m not sure why it changes the location of log files and stores them in the uploads folder. As for UI, I just don’t like the location of the admin menu, but the functionality is decent, and it nicely categorizes log messages.
