This caused many headaches when I quickly had to change the structure of a page because I had to change it on each translation. With Falang and YooTheme I finally found aa perfect solution where i just translate each Element and can change every aspect of the page in all languages simultaneously afterwards. The developer is very quick to react when I use a new element that doesnt have translateable fields yet.
