Unpack the download-package.
Upload the file to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.

You can add [gt4sq] on any content. Additionally you can specify its attributes like this:

How do I configure the settings?

After trying a lot of plugins, none of them seemed to work properly. Specially making the Google Maps work. This plugin let me use multiple shortcodes on the same page and customize the Marker Image!
