Upload the entire hello-kushimoto folder to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.

This plug-in would definately teach you how to behave among WordPress community in Japan. If you don’t follow Mr. M’s saying, you won’t be able to survive in Japan.
