The plugin does not send any data to the plugin author or any third party except the AI provider and CRM you explicitly configure. See the “Third-Party Services” section above for details on what data is sent to each service. Site administrators are responsible for: * Informing visitors about the use of AI chat and data collection in their privacy policy * Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection regulations * Configuring appropriate data retention policies ## 설치 1. Yes, InfoChat is 100% free. All features work without any paid upgrade. The only cost is your AI provider’s API usage (Google Gemini has a generous free tier). ### How does website analysis work? The plugin reads your published pages, posts, and WooCommerce products to build a knowledge base. This information is stored in your own WordPress database and sent to your chosen AI provider as context when answering questions. ### Is chat conversation data stored? Yes, all conversations are stored in your WordPress database. You can view them in **InfoChat Chat History**. No conversation data is sent to any third party other than your configured AI provider. ### What data is collected from visitors? The plugin collects: chat messages, session ID (stored as a cookie), IP address ( for rate limiting), browser user agent, and optionally name/email/phone if the visitor submits the lead form.
