According to my experience, it is not fully reliable, and it lacks some important features. On the other hand, the concept is very promising, the backend looks polished, and I would love to see the improved version of that plugin. The feature I miss most is the possibility to filter the graph based on the number of incoming and/or outgoing internal links per node. For example, it would be essential to see orphaned pages only, or pages with more outgoing than incoming links only, or pages with more than x incoming links only. I also miss the possibility to dim or hide all nodes that are not linked to the currently selected one. Filters by post type would also be helpful. Regarding the reliability: I have a huge blog with about 8’000 internal links, but the graph only displays one (1) of them.
