ig cache plugin uses the default wp cache directory wp-content/cache
- How can I clean the cache and get it to rebuild ?

No need of this ig cache plugin is smart enough to clear and rebuild itself.Note that last cache clear date is displayed in plugin page.
- If I change page content, will the cache reset ?

Поставил, вроде что-то ускоряется, но:
1. Не понятно как это работает. Хотелось бы разъяснения. Это как Max CACHE года два-три назад?
Пишет у себя: Server time saved 37s on last 63 runs. Я считаю это полным гоневом.
2. Общее ускорение, судя по времени, даёт ниже, чем Super Cache (0.78sec (SuperCache) против 1.02 sec (IG)) при проверке с 22 точек планеты (по три раза).
При этом, что интересно, отклик сайта ускорился. То есть реально заметно. Может это плацебо?
3. С коментами вроде как отработал нормально. То есть комент встал на модерацию и "Ожидание модерации" тоже видно.
4. Крякозябр нет.
