Just downloaded, installed and tested. Appears to do exactly what I need and performs well.

I love JOT, we have been using it for several months now and it works great! We have a SMS subscribers list of about 310 people that we send messages to 3-5 times a week. Every time it works fine, giving feedback to errors with disconnected phone numbers when it happens. We had one or two things come up over time with features that we wanted, the JOT team responded quickly to the initial contact and helped up achieve our end goal always within a day or two. If you need a SMS component…this is a great one, I would highly recommend you check it out.

If you are in need of a plugin for sending/receiving text messages from your WP site, look no further. This is the BEST plugin out there (and I know as I have spent months researching various solutions). Simple, easy to understand and it just plain works – all the time. On top of that, the plugin author (Stuart) is always willing to help and is very responsive. Even for mundane questions like integrating JOT with a form, he is happy to help and is overall just a very pleasant guy to work with. I have JOT installed on two of my sites and after thousands of sent text messages, have yet to experience any issues. Thanks Stuart!

Stuart’s site had a chat bot that couldn’t help me and in a matter of seconds I was speaking to Stuart himself instead. It was 8 p.m. his time. I’m in the states and he’s in the UK. He prompted me to give him more information via email and by the start of the next business day for me I had a full reply in my inbox.

Been doing some testing on the lite (free) version of this plugin. The developer Stuart has been johnny on the spot with several questions I had including an error message I was receiving. He easily spent over 2 hours helping me…and I haven’t even purchased the premium version of the plugin yet! Thanks Stuart and can’t wait to deploy your plugin on our other sites!
