Trained on the **public content** of your site (products, pages, FAQ), it advises your visitors, **recommends the right products** (clickable cards with image and price), replies in several languages and **guides them to checkout 24/7**. It also reports back what visitors look for but don’t find (unmet requests) and alerts you to **hot leads**. Klozio is published by **MyGoodSite**. The **public** content of your site is indexed to generate answers. * **Hosting:** European Union (Contabo GmbH, Germany). Upload the `klozio-chatbot` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`, or install the plugin from the Plugins screen. 2. Activate the plugin. 3. Open the **Klozio** menu (in the admin sidebar) and enter your **license key** ( provided after subscribing on klozio.fr). 4. Customize the appearance, then click **Sync now** to index your catalog. ## FAQ ### Does the chatbot have access to my WordPress admin? No. Only the public pages of your site are indexed. The plugin never sends credentials or admin data. ### Is my data used to train an AI? No. Public content is indexed and then passed to the model at the time of each question. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API. ### What happens if I cancel my subscription?
