 1. Upload the `memory-health` folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`.
 2. Activate Site Memory Inspector from the Plugins screen.
 3. Open Site Memory Inspector in the WordPress admin sidebar.

## FAQ

### Does Site Memory Inspector track data?

No. Site Memory Inspector does not send telemetry, tracking data, or external API
requests.

### Does Site Memory Inspector store historical memory data?

No. Current versions focus on current memory usage, peak usage, health status, server
information, and a copyable report.

### Who can view Site Memory Inspector?

Administrators with the `manage_options` capability can access Site Memory Inspector.
