Neoklan Coupon Toolkit for WooCommerce adds four independent, toggleable modules on top of WooCommerce’s built-in coupon system:
Gift Cards / Store Credit
Mark any simple product as a gift card. When it’s purchased, the buyer (or a recipient they specify) is emailed a unique store-credit coupon for the amount paid. The credit’s remaining balance is tracked automatically as it’s spent across one or more future orders, and shows in its own column on the Coupons list.
Bulk Coupon Generation & CSV
Clone any coupon into hundreds of unique codes in one click, with an optional prefix/suffix, and download the generated codes as a CSV. Also adds a CSV export bulk action to the Coupons list, and a CSV import form for creating or updating coupons in bulk.
URL Auto-Apply Coupons
Turn any coupon into a shareable link (e.g. yoursite.com/?coupon=SAVE10) that applies automatically when a customer visits it — no code entry required. The query parameter name is configurable.
Extended Restrictions
Adds three extra restriction types to the standard coupon “Usage restriction” tab: customer type (new vs. returning), allowed user roles, and allowed billing countries.
Every module can be switched on or off independently under WooCommerce Settings Coupon Toolkit, with zero effect on checkout performance when disabled.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/neoklan-coupon-toolkit-for-woocommercedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
- Go to WooCommerce Settings Coupon Toolkit to enable/disable individual modules and configure the URL coupon parameter.

Do I need to enable all four modules?

No. Each module has its own on/off switch under WooCommerce Settings Coupon Toolkit, and disabling a module removes its hooks entirely.

What happens to a store-credit coupon’s balance when it’s partially used?

The coupon’s amount is reduced by whatever portion was redeemed on each order, so the same code can be reused until its balance reaches zero.

What columns does the CSV import expect?

code, discount_type, amount, individual_use, usage_limit, expiry_date (YYYY-MM-DD), with a header row. Existing codes are updated; unknown codes are created. Maximum 5000 rows per file.

Does disabling a module delete its data?

No. Turning a module off only stops its code from running; coupons, gift card meta, and settings already created are left untouched.

Does this plugin send any data off my site?

Only one thing, and only if you choose to: when you click “Deactivate” on the Plugins screen, a popup asks why (with a “Skip & Deactivate” option). If you fill it in and click “Submit & Deactivate”, that feedback (reason, optional comment, and your site URL) is emailed to the developer at info@neoklan.com and also saved locally as an option on your own site, visible under WooCommerce Settings Coupon Toolkit. Clicking “Skip & Deactivate” sends nothing. No other data is ever transmitted by this plugin.
