## 설명

Displays a popup window (css layer) above the fold that shows new posts and comments
since your last visit. Managed with cookies.

### News

Fixed compatibility with wordpress 2.3, which also breaks compatibility with
 anything
earlier. For that refer to [version 0.2 of this plugin.

## 설치

 1. Unpack `new_posts_popup.php` to to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Add the styles in `new_posts_popup.css` to your stylesheets.
 3. Activate plugin in the Admin panel.
 4. Include `<?php new_posts_popup(); ?>` in your theme somewhere, typically so that
    the window appears over the blog title/image.
