After trying several plugins, I tried NextChat.
The good and important thing that it's SEO Friendly plugin, which doesn't effect negative on "Google PageSpeed", there's only one js file (1kb). Not like most other plugins. It's super easy and Free.
Just it needs one easy thing to fix, which are the missing alt tags from the png images. I've added from the codes..
