If you need link support in ticker you have to purchase premium version.
Can i get RSS feed in this ticker?
No in this version but you can if you purchase the premium one.

e.g.
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/plugin-namedirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
- Use shortcode in page, post or in widget
- If you want to use news ticker in your theme function place ” in your templates.
