Product Don’t work

I purchased a year subscription and then realized the product does not work. I sent the two emails with screenshots of the problems with their software. I then asked foe a refund and received a reply. They did not honor my request I plan to contact PayPal and open a dispute.

Totally and completely did not work. Wasted my time. I signed up, and all they wanted was for me to buy $60 in points. I tried to get my self taken off their mailing list since they have my email address. And they do not have the ability to contact them. So I will say it here Take me Off your mailing list!!
