Upload tierra-audio-with-autoresume to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Select ‘Audio Playlist Manager’ from the ‘Settings’ menu and configure your options.

You can additionally view a recorded screencast for further configuration options.
