You can change the date and time to selected date and time permission.

Allow user to get this delivery on selected time.
compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.0 and above.

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ list screen in WordPress
Configure Delivery Date and Time for WooCommerce -> Settings
