TriggerNinja – Actions for Ninja Forms is a powerful and easy-to-use WordPress plugin that allows you to connect your existing Ninja Forms forms to a wide variety of email marketing and CRM platforms. When a user submits a form on your website, TriggerNinja automatically sends the data to your chosen platform, helping you to grow your email lists, manage your contacts, and automate your marketing workflows.

TriggerNinja is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ninja Forms LLC. You will need an active installation of the free Ninja Forms plugin to use this add-on.

Data Usage & Privacy

TriggerNinja – Actions for Ninja Forms connects your form submissions to the selected third-party service through its official API. When a form action is triggered, the data mapped in that action (for example: email address, name, phone number, and any custom fields you select) is securely transmitted to the service you configure. No information is sent anywhere else.

TriggerNinja does not track users or site visitors and stores only the minimal data required for logging API requests within your own WordPress database.

External Services

This plugin connects to third-party email marketing and CRM services to send form submission data. When you enable a platform and configure a form action, the plugin will send the mapped form data (such as email addresses, names, and custom fields) to that platform’s API endpoint.

What data is sent: Only the form fields you explicitly map in the action settings are transmitted to the selected platform.

When data is sent: Data is sent when a user submits a Ninja Form that has a TriggerNinja action configured.

Legal compliance: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and obtaining proper consent from users before collecting and transmitting their data.

How to Use

1. After activating the plugin, go to Ninja Forms > TriggerNinja in your WordPress dashboard.
2. Click on the Platform Manager tab.
3. Enable the platform you want to connect to and enter your API key and any other required information.
4. Create a new form or go to the edit page of an existing form.
5. Select the “Emails & Actions” tab and click “Add new action”.
6. In the “Installed Add-on Actions” section click the platform name, select the list you want to use, and map your form fields to the corresponding fields in your marketing platform.
7. Save the changes, then test by submitting the form with sample data.

Now, when a user submits the form, the data will be automatically sent to your chosen marketing platform.
