When a form action is triggered, the data mapped in that action (for example: email address, name, phone number, and any custom fields you select) is securely transmitted to the service you configure. No information is sent anywhere else. TriggerNinja does not track users or site visitors and stores only the minimal data required for logging API requests within your own WordPress database. ### External Services This plugin connects to third-party email marketing and CRM services to send form submission data.
