I PAID for the premium version of this plugin and it has YET to work on my site. I’ve contacted 6 times this year and have yet to receive a reply. So now I spent money on a plugin that does not work. I want my money back. What a rip off !!!!

Using Premium and it does not work. No answers to 2 support requests through their website. I added this to my site and created a popup to add to my mailchimp list. After adding all the information the popup shows the e-mail input but once added it does not add to my list. Also broken on mobile display, but that’s the least of my worries! No oppotunity to leave a review for the premium version so I’m leaving it here. Happy to update review if the support gets back to me.

I am really impressed by amazingly designed popups, i loved all the popups, and the quick response from the support team. it’s very impressive. I always wanted these types of popups…..

Wasn’t Working for me, talked with support they sent me an update 2 days later. Was missing popup that I wanted to use, I tried another one, the subscribe rollover did not function, I received as many emails as clicks. Also the function that notifies you “Thank you, You have subscribed!’ did not. There may be more but Im asking for refund and trying another plugin. Besides that needs work but once all the bugs are out.

As soon as I had difficulties I messaged the team and had IMMEDIATE assistance. I hardly mentioned a few changes and updates I’d love to see in the plugin (such as customizing font size), and within a couple days they had actually done it. It’s super easy to link with Mailchimp. The popup is beautiful and already working. Very thankful for this tool and a readily-available support team.

Really easy to configure without programming. The premium upgrade is worth the investment. Support responded super fast to my questions.
