Install Unique Easy Share Posts either via the WordPress.org plugin directory, or by uploading the files to your server via FTP.
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
Go to the Unique Easy Share Posts settings and select the post you want to share.

You can enable the share links by selecting the post from dropdown.

You can share more than one post as you want on the same page, but you can only set one popup to be opened onpage load, the others must be set to open on wait time.
