A lightweight plugin to make and display your videos professionally. This is a block plugin that adds a new block in the Gutenberg page editor called “Video Gallery”.

Demos

Features

Album: Create and set albums for video and filter with them.
Hide All Album: Hide the all(common) album button by remove its label.
Video Thumbnail: Generate thumbnail from video.
Thumbnail: Upload thumbnail/poster for the video.
Caption: Add a caption for every video in the popup.
Layout: Set column and their gaps, also, set popup video width as aspect ratio.
Gallery Style: Set Background, Padding, Border and Shadow for the Wrapper.
Filter Buttons Style: Style the filter button (Typography, Colors, Hover Colors).
Item: Set the height of the gallery item.

How to use

First, install the Video Gallery Block plugin.
Add the Video Gallery Block from the block category called “Widgets” in the Gutenberg editor.
You can change block settings from the right-side settings sidebar.

From Gutenberg Editor:

Go to the WordPress Block/Gutenberg Editor
Search For Video Gallery Block
Click on the Video Gallery Block to add the block

Download & Upload:

Download the Video Gallery Block plugin (.zip file)
In your admin area, go to the Plugins menu and click on Add New
Click on Upload Plugin and choose the Video Gallery-block.zip file and click on Install Now
Activate the plugin and Enjoy!

Manually:

Download and upload the Video Gallery Block plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress

Could be a great tool for posting media items if it was just a little user friendly. I added 20 videos to a page and not one of them shows the caption or title. What good is that? My site is contains videos(500K, images(100K and stories(200K). Needless to say, that having a solid, reliable and user friendly content management system is mandatory. I have been trying to launch my site for two years now and have even hired a developer to fix the site and that is not working out so good. I have yet to find a decent plugin that can create directory lists and keep the categories/tags straight. I add content and shortly afterwards it disappears. I fix one problem and another one shows up. How is it possible that plugins are available that haven’t been tested with all versions of WP. The ramifications caused by an incompatible plug-in are endless. I spend 90% of my time reading help files and support forums and always come up empty handed. Questions are asked but never answered and are so old that they are no longer relevant. I must say there is one thing about Wordpress that is executed very efficiently and that is BILLING. If only the energy and attention to detail that billing utilizes was directed towards the user experience this might be a worthy platform. The jury is still out on that, sadly. I am sure someone is thinking that this is not the appropriate place to post this comment and I apologize for that. I am at the end of my rope now and am ready to surrender for the first time in my life. YOU WIN WORDPRESS!

The Video Galley is working well, and filter albums was lit! The only thing was missing is the Caption or Title of every Videos. Hoping next update, the developer will put this suggestion. 5 stars for this plugin

It is easy to use and has a very nice look, and it is also possible to create categories for the videos and filter them.

This is great – took me ages to find it – but after I did I removed all my other video galleries as they were no longer needed because this was the best.
