## 설명

**Entry Manager for WPForms** saves every WPForms submission to a database table
on your own site, then gives you a proper admin screen to search, filter, view and
export them. WPForms Lite is an excellent form builder, but it does not store entries
at all – once a notification email is lost, the submission is gone. This plugin
fills that gap.

### Key Features

 * **Automatic Entry Storage** – All form submissions are automatically saved to
   your database
 * **User-Friendly Dashboard** – View all your form entries in a clean, organized
   admin interface
 * **Powerful Export Options** – Export entries in three formats:
    - CSV (Comma Separated Values)
    - Excel (.xlsx workbook)
    - JSON (full structured backup)
 * **Advanced Filtering** – Filter by form, date range, and keyword search
 * **Sortable Columns** – Order entries by ID, form, date or IP address
 * **Trash & Restore** – Move entries to trash and restore them, with permanent
   deletion as a separate step
 * **Bulk Actions** – Trash, restore or delete multiple entries at once
 * **Entry Details** – View complete submission details with all form fields
 * **Print-Friendly View** – Print or save a single entry as PDF straight from the
   browser
 * **Dashboard Widget** – See your five most recent entries at a glance
 * **Privacy Controls** – Optional IP anonymization, user agent opt-out, and automatic
deletion after a set number of days
 * **GDPR Tools Integration** – Entries are included in WordPress’ Export and Erase
   Personal Data tools
 * **User Information** – Track submitter IP address, user agent, and WordPress
   user
 * **No External Dependencies** – All exports are generated in PHP, with no external
   CDN, API or third-party library
 * **Privacy Friendly** – All data stored in your WordPress database
 * **Translation Ready** – Fully internationalized and ready for translation

### Perfect For

 * WPForms Lite users who need entry management

 * And much more!

### How It Works

 2. Create forms with WPForms (Lite or Pro)
 3. Entries are automatically saved when forms are submitted
 4. Access entries from the “Form Entries” menu in WordPress admin

### Requirements

 * WordPress 6.0 or higher
 * PHP 7.4 or higher
 * WPForms Lite or Pro

### Privacy Policy

Vishavjeet Entry Manager for WPForms stores form submission data in your WordPress
database including:

 * Form field values submitted by users
 * IP addresses of submitters (optionally anonymized)
 * User agent information (optional)
 * WordPress user IDs (if logged in during submission)

This data is stored locally on your server and is not sent to any external services.

The plugin registers with WordPress’ privacy tools, so stored entries are included
when you handle a personal data export or erasure request from Tools > Export Personal
Data and Tools > Erase Personal Data.

You can limit what is collected and how long it is kept under Form Entries > Settings.

## FAQ

### Does this plugin work with WPForms Lite?

Yes! This plugin is specifically designed to add entry management features to WPForms
Lite, but it also works perfectly with WPForms Pro.

### Does this work with WPForms Pro?

Yes, the plugin works with both WPForms Lite and Pro versions. However, WPForms
Pro already includes its own entry management system, so entries will be stored
twice.

### Where are the entries stored?

All entries are stored in a custom database table in your WordPress database. No
external services are used.

### Can I export old entries?

Yes! You can export entries from any time period. The plugin stores all historical
submissions.

### What data is captured from submissions?

The plugin captures all form field data, submission date/time, user IP address,
user agent, and WordPress user ID (if logged in). IP anonymization and user agent
capture can be configured under Form Entries > Settings.

### Can I delete entries?

Yes. Each row has a Trash action, and trashed entries can be restored or deleted
permanently. Bulk actions are available for all three operations.

### Can I automatically delete old entries?

Yes. Under Form Entries > Settings you can set a retention window in days. A daily
scheduled task removes anything older. Set it to 0 to keep entries indefinitely.

### Does it slow down my website?

No. The plugin only loads its admin interface on its own screens, and query results
are cached in the object cache.

### Is it GDPR compliant?

The plugin gives you the tools you need: entries are included in WordPress’ Export
Personal Data and Erase Personal Data requests, IP addresses can be anonymized,
user agent capture can be switched off, and a retention window can automatically
delete old submissions. Compliance also depends on how you configure and document
your own site.

### Can I customize the export format?

The plugin provides three export formats out of the box (CSV, Excel and JSON). Developers
can add their own using the `vjemwpf_export_formats` filter, or reshape existing
output with `vjemwpf_export_row`.

### Which users can see entries?

By default, administrators only. Developers can change this with the `vjemwpf_capability`
filter.

### Does it support file uploads?

Yes, file upload URLs are stored and displayed as clickable links in the entry view.

### What happens if I deactivate WPForms?

The plugin requires WPForms to be active. If WPForms is deactivated, you’ll see
an admin notice. Your stored entries are not affected.

### Will I lose my entries if I deactivate this plugin?

No, entries are stored in the database and will remain there even if you deactivate
the plugin. Data is only removed on deletion, and only if you enable “Delete all
data on uninstall” in the settings.

Useful plugin for adding entry management to WPForms . Saves all submissions in
the dashboard and lets you view, filter, and export entries in CSV/Excel easily.
Simple to use, privacy-friendly, and fills a gap in WPForms . Would be even better
with more advanced features and wider usage.

## 변경이력

#### 1.1.0 – 2026-08-03

 * Changed: The plugin is now called “Entry Manager for WPForms”. Only the display
name has changed – your entries, settings and the plugin’s install location are
   unaffected.
 * Fixed: Excel export produced a file that could not be opened. The workbook XML
   was being HTML-escaped before output.
 * Fixed: Pagination links were rendered as literal text instead of clickable links.
 * Fixed: Paragraph and address fields lost their line breaks when stored. Multiline
field types now use the correct sanitizer.
 * Fixed: Fields answered with “0” were stored as empty.
 * Fixed: Database queries called `$wpdb->prepare()` with no placeholders on unfiltered
views, producing a notice that could corrupt export downloads.
 * Fixed: The filter form’s nonce leaked into pagination URLs and blocked access
   once it expired.
 * Fixed: IP addresses were stored empty behind Cloudflare, load balancers and other
   reverse proxies.
 * Fixed: Removed a `beforeunload` handler that produced spurious “unsaved changes”
   prompts.
 * Fixed: Removed leftover debug text from two admin messages.
 * Security: Export values beginning with `=`, `+`, `-` or `@` are now neutralized
to prevent spreadsheet formula injection from untrusted form submissions.
 * Security: Forwarded IP headers are only trusted when the new “site is behind
a proxy” option is enabled, since they can be forged.
 * New: Excel export now produces a genuine `.xlsx` workbook (no external library
required), with a SpreadsheetML fallback for hosts without ZipArchive.
 * New: JSON export for full structured backups and migrations.
 * New: Date range filter and sortable columns on the entries list.
 * New: Trash and restore, plus per-row Trash, Restore and Delete actions.
 * New: Settings screen with IP anonymization, user agent opt-out, proxy support,
   retention window and delete-on-uninstall.
 * New: Integration with WordPress’ Export and Erase Personal Data tools.
 * New: Automatic deletion of entries older than a configurable number of days.
 * New: Entries now open in a built-in quick-view modal directly from the list,
so you can read a submission without leaving the page. The dialog is keyboard
accessible and uses no external libraries.
 * New: “Recent Form Entries” dashboard widget.
 * New: Print-friendly single entry view.
 * Changed: The single entry screen moved to admin.php?page=vjemwpf-entries&entry_id
=ID so the Form Entries menu stays open while viewing an entry. Existing links
to the old address redirect automatically.
 * Improvement: Opening an entry now preserves your active form, date and search
filters, so “Back to Entries” returns you to the same filtered list.
 * New: `uninstall.php` with opt-in data cleanup, multisite aware.
 * New: Action and filter hooks throughout, including `vjemwpf_capability` to grant
   entry access to non-administrators.
 * Improvement: Query results are now cached in the object cache.
 * Improvement: Database schema versioning so future upgrades reach existing installs.
 * Improvement: Removed the PHP 8.4 `fputcsv()` deprecation notice.
 * Improvement: Admin styles now follow the WordPress admin colour scheme and the
   WordPress 7.0.2 admin design.
 * Compatibility: Tested up to WordPress 7.0.2.

#### 1.0.2 – 2026-01-19

 * Improvement: Enhanced form entries filter data
 * Enhancement: Improved performance

#### 1.0.1 – 2026-01-19

 * Improvement: Enhanced form entries view
 * Enhancement: Improved performance

#### 1.0.0 – 2026-01-18

 * Automatic entry storage for all WPForms submissions
 * Admin interface for viewing entries
 * Filter entries by form and search
