## FAQ

### What is LLM SEO?

LLM SEO (Large Language Model Search Engine Optimization) is the practice of optimizing
your content for AI search engines and assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
Unlike traditional SEO which focuses on Google rankings, LLM SEO focuses on making
your content easily understandable and citable by AI systems.

### What is llms.txt?

llms.txt is an emerging standard file that helps AI systems understand your website.
It’s similar to robots.txt but designed specifically for AI crawlers. The file contains
structured information about your site and key pages in a format that AI systems
can easily parse.

### How do I format my llms.txt?

The llms.txt file uses Markdown formatting. Start with your site name as a heading(#),
include a brief description using blockquote (>), and list your important pages
with Markdown links [text](https://ko.wordpress.org/plugins/wb-ai-seo/url?output_format=md).

### Will this plugin slow down my site?

No. WB AI SEO is extremely lightweight. It only loads styles on admin pages and
serves the llms.txt file on-demand with minimal overhead.

### Can I use HTML in my llms.txt?

The llms.txt file should be plain text with Markdown formatting. HTML is not recommended
as AI systems parse this as plain text.

### Does this work with caching plugins?

Yes! The llms.txt file is served dynamically but can be cached by your caching plugin
or CDN for optimal performance.

I was not aware about the llms.txt standard! As I understand this is not official
standard yet but it's better to have it than not to be future proof when new version
of models are being trained. Plugin works! Will check the PRO version also. Thanks!
