Just install Plugin and enjoy feature of Wing Forms.

This plugin display forms with simple shortcode.

1). Create a page like wing or any other.

2). Put shortcode wherever you want.

3). Add shortcode parameters as you want.

 1. Upload the entire `wing-forms` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.

You just have to install. Plugin will take care of all the required things. You 
just have to create form and add shortcode.

### How to add form in page?

You just have to addshortcode in page. e.g.[wing-forms id=”16″ title=”form 1″]
