This is the official Razorpay payment gateway plugin for WooCommerce. Allows you to accept credit cards, debit cards, netbanking, wallet, and UPI payments with the WooCommerce plugin. It uses a seamles integration, allowing the customer to pay on your website without being redirected away. This allows for refunds, works across all browsers, and is compatible with the latest WooCommerce.

This is compatible with WooCommerce>=2.4, including the new 3.0 release. It has been tested upto the 3.1.1 WooCommerce release.

Dependencies

  1. WordPress v3.9.2 and later
  2. Woocommerce v2.6 and later
  3. PHP v5.6.0 and later
  4. php-curl extension

  1. Visit the WooCommerce settings page, and click on the Checkout/Payment Gateways tab.
  2. Click on Razorpay to edit the settings. If you do not see Razorpay in the list at the top of the screen make sure you have activated the plugin in the WordPress Plugin Manager.
  3. Enable the Payment Method, name it Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking (this will show up on the payment page your customer sees), add in your Key id and Key Secret.
  4. The Payment Action should be set to “Authorize and Capture”. If you want to capture payments manually from the Dashboard after manual verification, set it to “Authorize”.

  1. Install the plugin from the WordPress Plugin Directory.
  2. To use this plugin correctly, you need to be able to make network requests. Please make sure that you have the php-curl extension installed.

How do I enable Multi-currency support

Please get multi-currency enabled for your account. Once you have it enabled, you can install any plugin
version higher than 2.0.0, which comes with native multi-currency support.

How can I exclude Draft orders from woocommerce analytics reports?

Please follow the below steps:
1. Click on the ‘Analytics’ settings in the WooCommerce dashboard menu.
2. Go to the ‘Excluded statuses’ section and select the checkbox for ‘Draft’ orders under the ‘Unregistered statuses’ section.

Release Updates with Latest WP & Woo Testing Only

Last few months there has been a barrage of updates but tested on the old versions of WordPress and Woocommerce. Since both WP & Woo has received massive changes, releasing updates tested on an older version is not ethically suitable for a Payment Gateway Service.

im waiting from last 3 months to activate my account ... but my account still under review. i losed lots of customers bcz of this poor plugin and support team ... when i try to contact them i got an email for some Clarifications and when i reply i got this email - Thank you for your email. This is a non-monitored email id. every payment fail don't use this ....

The worst, 1 out of 5 payment is dropped

There is no indian alternative so i have to keep using this plugin. 1 in every 5 payment is randomly failing. I have multiple complaints from my clients saying it doesnt work, sometimes its UPI sometimes its netbanking. Its all random. Absolutly unacceptable as it eats up all my profit margins. Better use stripe.

Account Activation takes forever!

1 star - cannot give below that. These guys take forever to activate the account. They are like a committee of members deciding where you can do business or not by not activating your account. bullsh*t Razorpay. Making payments easy is not alone enough. Merchants' onboarding should also be easy.
