It is required for the plugin to work, and a Replio account and widget key are needed.<\/p>\n\n<p>When a visitor opens the chat on your site, the widget script is loaded from Replio (https:\/\/replio.live\/widget.js) and anything the visitor sends \u2014 their messages, and basic context such as approximate country and browser language \u2014 is transmitted to Replio's servers to generate replies.
