- Download and Extract the zip file and copy/paste the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
- Visit wp-admin -> WP Popup+Optin -> Settings to configure popup settings
- Visit wp-admin -> WP Popup+Optin -> Email List to view the list of emails
