Installing this plugin means visitors of your WordPress website will send requests to the nReach Live Chat API. This API is managed separately by nReach (https://nreach.tech/) and is not affiliated with WordPress (https://wordpress.org/). The only data sent to the nReach Live Chat API is data your visitors enter into the nReach Live Chat widget.

No, there are no settings within the plugin, all aspects of the widget are controlled with the livechat dashboard.
