The Order Monitor plugin allows you to impose custom restrictions on WooCommerce orders, including:

Time-Based Restrictions: Prevents users from placing an order or adding items to the cart within a specified time window.
Order Limitations: Restricts users to a maximum number of orders within a given period.

Restrict users from adding items to the cart within a set time period after their last order.
Limit the total number of orders a user can place.
Easy-to-use settings page for customizing restrictions.
Custom product meta fields for more advanced product validation.
