Elevoire Site Health Pro extends the built-in WordPress Site Health screen with additional, actionable checks across PHP configuration, security, database health, performance, and caching.

For every check, the plugin explains:

• What was detected
• Why it matters
• What you could consider doing about it

This plugin is strictly read-only. It does not modify your website, delete data, change configuration, or perform any automatic “fix.” It inspects and reports — the decisions and any changes are always yours.

Features

• A transparent, explainable overall health score
• PHP checks: version, memory limit, execution time, upload limits, OPcache, relevant extensions
• Security checks: HTTPS, WordPress version, debug settings, file editing, XML-RPC, admin accounts, automatic updates, security headers, and more — all read-only, defensive, and free of exploitation attempts
• Database checks: server version, charset/collation, table statistics, revisions, trash, spam, transients, size, and largest tables
• Performance checks: object caching, autoloaded options, plugin/theme counts, cron configuration, compression, image processing
• Cache detection: page cache, object cache, known caching plugins, and CDN indicators, with honest “could not detect” wording instead of false negatives
• A clean, WordPress-native admin interface with expandable check details
• No telemetry, no external tracking, no data sent off your site

Privacy

This plugin operates entirely locally. It does not collect personal information and does not send site information to external servers. A small number of checks (security headers, cache detection, compression) make a single safe HTTP request to your own site’s homepage to read response headers already sent to every visitor. No third-party website is ever contacted or scanned.
