In the admin panel of your site in WordPress, select from the menu Plugins > New Plugin, search “Centrico” and click “Install Now”.

Activate the plugin.

Login to your Centrico account from http://console.centrico.it, if you have not yet your account create one of http://www.centrico.it and sign up, it’s FREE!

From the menu on the left click on “Contact” and then “Lists”. Select the list of your interest (you should have only one at the beginning), the one to which they will enroll new contacts from the site, then click on “Info”. This will open a pop-up where you will find the list ID at the bottom left. Similarly, clicking on “Groups” and select the group of your interest, you can add new contacts to the group.

Enter in the “Enter the list ID” the ID retrieved from the console Centrico; you can also enter the group ID, group ID, or more separated by comma.

In the form that will appear in the front-end will have the opportunity to enter the e-mail with its flag to the “Privacy and Policy”, you decide whether to show also the “Name” field, the field “Mobile” and credits Centrico.
After you select the options of your interest, you can enter the shortcode [centrico] in pages, posts or into the widget.

You can use custom CSS to change the style of the registration form.
You can add custom CSS code to your style sheet or (more simply) using a simple plugin like Simple Custom CSS https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/. -
