Eclairman’s User Login Blocker lets an administrator prevent chosen user accounts from logging in, while everyone else logs in normally.
Blocked users cannot authenticate, and if they already have an active session they are redirected away from the WordPress admin.

- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/disable-specific-user-logindirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the “Plugins” screen in WordPress.
- Go to the “Disabled specific user login” menu item (or the “Settings” link on the Plugins screen) to choose which users to block.
