Most FAQ plugins give you an accordion and leave the rest to you. FAQlue also tells you what’s missing.
Visitors search your FAQ and find the answer while they type, also with other words than yours (“money back” finds your returns answer). When the answer isn’t there, they ask. You get the question by email with an answer drafted from your own site. Reply YES and it’s live. Reply with your own words to change it. Nothing goes live without your YES.
Free up to 8 answers. Start at faqlue.com/start: fill in your website and email address, click the confirmation link, and the first three questions your visitors are likely to ask arrive in your inbox, each with a drafted answer.

- Free: up to 8 published answers, the standard look, a small “Powered by FAQlue” line. Questions keep reaching you by email.
- Paid: unlimited answers, your own colour, font and corner radius, no “Powered by” line. €29 a month (excl. VAT) for early customers, €49 after.
External services
This plugin shows your FAQ from FAQlue (faqlue.com). It is needed to show the FAQ.
- What it loads: the widget script from https://faqlue.com/embed.js, and your published questions and answers from https://faqlue.com/api/faq/ (in the visitor’s browser, and by your server for the copy in the page, cached for an hour).
- What is sent: the FAQ ID; the visitor’s search terms and opened questions (to rank questions); and a question, only when a visitor submits one. No cookies, no names or email addresses of visitors.
- When: only on pages with the FAQlue block, the shortcode or the product tab.
- If you fill in a font (paid plan), the widget loads that font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which receives the visitor’s IP address. Leave the font empty to avoid this.

- Install and activate the plugin.
- No FAQ ID yet? Start free at faqlue.com/start.
- Go to Settings > FAQlue and fill in your FAQ ID.
- Add the FAQlue FAQ block where the FAQ should appear. Or use the shortcode
[faqlue], or switch on the WooCommerce product tab under Settings > FAQlue.
To show a different FAQ in one place: fill in another FAQ ID in the block settings, or use [faqlue context="other-faq-id"].

Is it free?

Yes, up to 8 published answers, with the standard look and a small “Powered by FAQlue” line. The paid plan removes the limit and the line, and styles the FAQ to your site.

Where do I write and approve answers?

In your inbox. When a visitor asks something new, you get one email with a drafted answer from your own site. Reply YES to publish it, reply with your own text to change it, or NO to skip it.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. Switch on “Show the FAQ as a tab on every product page” under Settings > FAQlue, or put the block on any page, such as your shipping or customer service page.

Can search engines and AI assistants read my answers?

Yes. The plugin also prints the published answers in the page, with FAQPage structured data, for crawlers that don’t run JavaScript. Visitors see only the live FAQ: the copy is removed as soon as it loads. You can switch this off under Settings > FAQlue.

Does it slow my site down?

The script is about 5 KB and loads asynchronously, only where the FAQ is. The answers for the page copy are cached for an hour.
