AI Sales Assistant Lite helps website visitors ask questions about your products, services, and business information.
The plugin includes editable settings for:

External Services
This plugin connects to the OpenAI API only after the site owner enters an OpenAI API key in the plugin settings.
When a visitor sends a message through the assistant, the plugin sends the visitor’s current message, recent conversation history, and the assistant instructions configured by the site owner to OpenAI in order to generate a reply. The plugin does not send this data to OpenAI until the site owner has configured an API key and the visitor submits a message.

Site owners should disclose the use of OpenAI in their own privacy policy before making the assistant available to visitors. Depending on how the site is configured, visitor messages may include personal information entered by the visitor.
Public footer credit text is blank by default. If the site owner chooses to add footer text, it will appear on the frontend assistant.

- Upload the plugin ZIP file through Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Activate the plugin.
- Go to AI Sales Assistant Lite > Setup Wizard.
- Add your company information, services, contact details, and OpenAI API key.

Can I customize the text shown on the frontend?

Yes. The hero text, services, suggested questions, chat text, and CTA section are editable from the plugin settings.

Does this plugin include a paid checkout system?

No. The Lite version is free. AI Sales Assistant Lite Pro is sold separately from the developer website at https://www.kuwaitcoder.com/.

Does it require an OpenAI API key?

Yes. The site owner must add their own OpenAI API key in the plugin settings. Without an API key, the assistant will not send messages to OpenAI and will return a configuration message.
