NoShow Deposit Payments extends your existing Contact Form 7 workflow with Appointment Manager, Stripe deposits, payment records, refunds, branded customer communication, and automated reminders—all managed from one dashboard.

Built for appointment-based businesses that already use Contact Form 7, including medical clinics, dental practices, therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, salons, beauty clinics, consultants, coaches, lawyers, agencies, and other service businesses.

NoShow Deposit Payments Pro adds Slot Manager for recurring appointment availability, slot capacity, double-booking prevention, and analytics for appointments, payments, refunds, and revenue.

This plugin requires Contact Form 7. If Contact Form 7 is not installed and active, the plugin shows an admin notice. Payment collection and appointment workflows become available once Contact Form 7 is active.

How It Works

1. Install and activate NoShow Deposit Payments. Contact Form 7 must be active.
2. Go to NoShow Payments → Settings, enter your Stripe Secret Key, and connect your Stripe account.
3. Create your Stripe webhook with one click from Settings.
4. Map your Contact Form 7 service field and pricing list.
5. Choose which Contact Form 7 form should trigger the appointment workflow.
6. Customers submit the form, complete payment in Stripe Checkout, and automatically receive a branded confirmation email after payment is confirmed.

Privacy & Data

Appointment details, customer email addresses, and payment references are stored in your WordPress database. Payment card details are entered directly on Stripe Checkout and are not stored by this plugin. SMTP credentials are used only to send plugin emails.

Stripe

This plugin connects to Stripe to create Stripe Checkout sessions, process payments, and process refunds through the website owner’s Stripe account.

For payment-enabled forms, the customer’s email address, selected service, amount, currency, and appointment details are securely sent to Stripe for payment processing.

Contact Form 7

This plugin requires Contact Form 7 by Takayuki Miyoshi, a separate and independently licensed plugin available on WordPress.org.

No other external services or remote servers are contacted by this plugin.
