This accelerator package is equipped with several supporting features that facilitate your customer service activities, such as
messaging service integration, chat list and chat list filter, bot-human integration, mobile access, etc.
This plugin is a web version of the integration in form of widget, which provides an easy way to engage with customer via chat widget
in your website. It helps you to easily render the widget in your WordPress site.
