Simple Article Byline lets you add a custom author name to any post using a small input box in the post editor.

The entered name is displayed automatically below the post title on the frontend.

설치

  1. Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu
  3. Edit any post and enter an author name in the “Article Author Name” box

Does this replace the WordPress author?

No. It adds a custom display name only.

Does it work with any theme?

Yes. It uses WordPress core hooks.

Can I style it myself?

Yes. Override the .sab-article-byline class in your theme.
