Upload SimpleCodeSyntax.zip from Plugins ‘Add New’ tab through the WordPress Admin dashboard Or unzip the SimpleCodeSyntax.zip in wp-content/plugins
Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress

What this plugin do ?: It simply add new css for pre and code tags.

Do this plugin slower down the page load speed: No.It is a simple plugin without any javascript,ajax coding.Neither it uses any image in the background.
