The Sukhiba WhatsApp Integration plugin for WooCommerce allows you to send real-time WhatsApp notifications to customers for key order updates, including order placement, cancellations, and refunds—ensuring seamless communication and engagement

Additionally, you can send ad-hoc WhatsApp notifications directly from the order details page under Order actions

Customise your notification settings easily by selecting specific order events under Settings > WooCommerce > WhatsApp Notifications, giving you full control over customer updates.

Pricing

• The plugin is provided free by Sukhiba for the first 7 days, after which integration costs apply. Standard Meta messaging charges are applicable from the start.

External services

• Once you install the plugin, you will be automatically redirected to Sukhiba’s onboarding page, where you can seamlessly connect your Meta (Facebook) Business account.
• After completing the onboarding, you’ll be redirected to your WooCommerce store’s ‘/sukhiba/v1/api-key’ endpoint, which is generated by our plugin. This step securely stores the API key provided by Sukhiba.
• From that point on, whenever a new order is placed or an existing order is updated, the plugin communicates with ‘https://lite.sukhiba.com/woocommerce/webhook’ using the stored API key to ensure real-time order notifications.
• By installing the plugin, you agree to Sukhiba’s Terms & Conditions.
