How orders flow

1. Customer browses products in the app (cached locally for speed)
2. Adds to cart, proceeds to native checkout
3. Pays via your WooCommerce gateway (Stripe, PayPal, and so on)
4. We create the order in WooCommerce as paid, with the wc_order_* payment transaction reference
5. WooCommerce sends the standard order email, you fulfil from WP admin

How customer accounts flow

1. Customer signs up in the app with email and password (or social login)
2. We mirror them to WordPress as a customer user
3. They can log in to your store website with the same credentials
4. Order history syncs both ways

External services

This plugin connects to Swiftspeed (https://swiftspeed.app), the app-building service operated by Swiftspeed, to generate and publish your mobile app. The plugin cannot build a PWA or a native app on its own. The build pipeline, the app projects, your subscription, and support tickets all live on swiftspeed.app, and the plugin is the bridge between your WooCommerce store and that service.

The plugin contacts swiftspeed.app in the following cases:

• When you click “Connect to Swiftspeed”. The plugin creates a WooCommerce REST API key pair (using WooCommerce’s own API-key system) and sends your store URL, store name, store description, the WooCommerce REST API consumer key and secret, and the plugin version to swiftspeed.app. Those keys let the service read your products, categories, and orders, and create orders and customer accounts through the WooCommerce REST API. The plugin does not create WordPress users and does not create WordPress Application Passwords. This happens only when you start the connect flow.
• While you use the plugin admin screens after connecting. Saving design settings, app info, catalog and category curation, payment gateway configuration, queueing iOS or Android builds, reading build status and download links, managing your subscription, and opening or replying to support tickets each send the relevant data you entered (for example colors, theme choice, app name, gateway credentials you typed in, build type, ticket subject and message) along with an editor token that identifies your connected app. These requests happen only in response to your actions in the plugin admin.
• When you open the live preview. The plugin can embed a preview of your app from swiftspeed.app. This preview does not load automatically; it is requested only after you click “Load live preview” inside the plugin. The Swiftspeed logo shown in the plugin header is bundled with the plugin and is not fetched from any external server.
• When you disconnect or delete the plugin. The plugin removes the WooCommerce REST API key pair it created and tells swiftspeed.app it was removed. Your Swiftspeed account, WooCommerce data, and content remain on swiftspeed.app and in WooCommerce, and are managed there.

No data is sent to swiftspeed.app unless you install the plugin and start the connect flow. The plugin does not send data to any other third party.
